In the Journal of Intercultural Communication Research published a new article by CSCR staff N.M. Lebedeva, M.A. Bultseva, and E.D. Vasilyeva "Face Concerns in Intra- and Intercultural Business Communication.

An article by N.M. Lebedeva and E.V. Bushina and co-authors, "On the Relationship between Valence and Arousal in Samples Around the World," was published in the journal Emotion.

On March 9, 2023, at a regular seminar of the Center for Sociocultural Research at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, Alexander Nemtsov, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Leading Researcher of the Psychological Institute of the Russian Academy of Education, made a report on the topic: "Excessive mortality on holidays as a behavioral problem"

As part of the implementation of performance indicators for the Mirror Laboratories project, from February 19, 2023 to February 23, 2023, a business trip of members of the working group of the staff of the Center for Sociocultural Research (Chief Researcher, Doctor of Psychology,  Galyapina V.N. and leading researcher, Ph.D. Bushina E.V.) took place in Krasnodar.

Elena Dragalina-Chernaya gave an interview to the professor of UNICAMP (Campinas, Brazil) Walter Carnielli who is also the chairman of an advisory committee of the São Paulo School of Advanced Science on Contemporary Logic, Rationality, and Information (SPLogIC). The interview was published in JORNAL DA UNICAMP and is dedicated to the history of logic and its current development prospects.

How do we evaluate the contribution of innovations to urban development? Why do cities need innovation? How do cities attract top talents? These and many other questions were addressed by the participants of the international online discussion ‘Increasing the Innovation Attractiveness of Global Cities: Best Practices’ organised by the HSE Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (HSE ISSEK) on March 1, 2023. The event also featured the presentation of new outcomes of a global study on urban innovation carried out since 2020.

On March 6, 2023, the ILSIR seminar was devoted to the discussion of the concept of "cultural citizenship". The report on their research was presented by the laboratory staff - Senior Research Fellow Tatiana Vlasova and Research Assistant Danila Ivanov. The debater was Maria Kozlova, Chief Research Fellow of the ILSIR.
