A paper by ICSID leading research fellow Thomas Remington entitled «Public-Private Partnerships in TVET: Adapting the Dual System in the United States» was accepted for publication in the Journal of Vocational Education & Training (Q2).
The new institute is headed by Vasily Klucharev, a professor at the Higher School of Economics, who previously worked as Head of the School of Psychology. Vasily Klucharev told the HSE news team about what the School managed to achieve in four years, what the new institute will do and how attitudes towards psychology and neuroscience are changing.

Andrei Yakovlev was invited to give a talk at the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies (Harvard University) on March 9, 2018. The paper that Professor Yakovlev presented was called “In Response to External Shocks: How Advanced Russian Regions React to Changes in Federal Policies – the Experience of Tatarstan”. The seminar was chaired by Thomas Remington, the Davis Center Associate and Visiting Professor at Harvard University.
