Evgeny Styrin, Head of the International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration, took part in a round table on the topic "Theories and methods of public Administration research: current trends", organized by the journal "Issues of Public and Municipal Administration", including its editor-in-chief, Vice President of the Higher School of Economics L.I. Yakobson. 

The Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation held I^-st International Scientific and Practical Forum «The Law of Digital Security». The first day of the Forum consisted of plenary sessions attended as a listener by the Research Fellow of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration of the HSE University Evgeny Diskin. 

Research Fellow of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration of the HSE University, Dr. E. Diskin attended the scientific and practical seminar «Digital Platforms - New Environment of Interaction» at the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Last week the XIV Grushin Sociological Conference “Metamorphoses of Society and the Research Industry: New Challenges” took place, within the framework of which on April 12 our laboratory held the section “Space and Time of Social Change”.

On April 19, a joint session of the Russian Cluster Observatory and the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration was held as part of the International Scientific Symposium “Foresight and Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy.” The session, titled “New Technologies in Urban Management: From Artificial Intelligence to Multiverse,” brought together experts and scientists from around the world to discuss advanced approaches to urban space management.

On April 17, 2024, the first seminar "Landscape and ecological assessment of Lake Kezenoi-Am and its surroundings for the purpose of master planning of the territory" was held.

Larisa Mararitsa and Elina Tsigeman participated in it as experts.

On April 13, 2024, a seminar was held by the group for the study of disability in the countries of the East of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the RAS and the group of the anthropology of disability of the Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology of the RAS, within the framework of which the staff of the IL SIR presented the preliminary results of a study under the grant of the RSF “Cultural citizenship and local solidarity: the experience of social inclusion audiences of Russian museums.»

The International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration hosted a webinar "The Experience of Digital Transformation and The Introduction of the Principles of Client-Centricity in The Activities of Tax Authorities: Theory and Practice". The speaker was A.A. Lyalikov, Head of the Department of User Experience Management and Transformation of Products, Services and Services of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.

The session is chaired by the Chief Researcher of the Center, Professor A.A. Shanenko. 14 reports of young scientists from the HSE (Moscow), MIPT (Dolgoprudny), MEPhI (Moscow) and the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR, Dubna) will be presented. The session will be opened by a well-known scientist, director of the Center for Advanced Methods of Mesophysics and Nanotechnology, Professor, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Stolyarov V.S. He will talk about the current state of research on new functional materials, structures based on them and work on their application in the emerging field of superconducting electronics. Young staff and graduate students of the Center will also speak at the session.
