Dr. Evgeny Styrin took part in The First Meeting of the BRICS Network of Scientific Research institutes of labor organized by All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Labor of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. The meeting brought together researchers and practitioners from BRICS countries studying the employment issues by means of digital platforms and other means of distant work. 

The results of the competition of joint fundamental scientific projects "International Academic Cooperation" of the National Research University "Higher School of Economics" have been summed up.

On April 2, 2024, Moscow, the Head of the ILSIR, Professor Elena Iarskaia-Smirnova and research assistant Natalia Bulchenko took part in the panel discussion in memory of Raisa Maximovna Gorbacheva "Women in the revival of cultural traditions of Russia" at the Gorbachev Foundation. 

The leading research fellow of SCILA successfully competed for a professorship position at the Department of Informatics of the St. Petersburg School of Physics, Mathematics, and Computer Science.

The conference was held on March 21-22, 2024 in Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod, the participants of which were representatives of government and public organizations, charitable foundations, professional and parent communities.

On March 29, 2024, at a joint meeting of the Institute for Social Policy and the International Laboratory for Social Integration Research of the HSE, the pre-defense of Svetlana Vladimirovna Mareeva’s doctoral dissertation took place.

The HSE University held a meeting of the working group of the BRICS Civil Forum in the format of a round table «Sovereign Economic and Financial Development» to prepare proposals for the BRICS Civil Forum, which will be held in Moscow on July 3-4, 2024. The meeting was attended by the Research Fellow of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration of the HSE University Evgenii Diskin.

Evgeny Styrin, Head of the International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration at the Higher School of Economics, made a presentation at the conference "Flexible Public Administration – Iterativity in achieving the goals of state-owned companies, entities and the state." Within the framework of the report, the phenomenon of digital trust of citizens in the state when using and interacting with digital solutions had special attention.

The laboratory staff took part in the Seminar on the conservation of the Amur Tiger and Leopard, held from March 13 to 16 in Harbin (Heilongjiang Province, China), at the Northeastern University of Forestry with the support of the International Society of Zoological Sciences and the Chinese Wildlife Conservation Association.

During the joint seminar of the Social and Cognitive Informatics Laboratory (SKILA) and the Natural Language Laboratory (NLL) at HSE University on March 19, 2024, Anna Pushkareva (Boldyreva) spoke. She is a leading analyst at the IT company PARMA Technologies Group, a lecturer at MIPT, and a consultant at IEMIT RANEPA.
