Course Syllabus

Abstract

The discipline reveals theoretical approaches in the field of public administration, which make it possible to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of authorities in achieving strategic targets in the field of population. As a result of studying the discipline, students will be able to analyze key state policies in the field of demography. Special emphasis is placed on the disclosure of public health management practices, demographic processes. The discipline reveals the mechanisms of public administration, considering the recommendations of international organizations, as well as national characteristics of countries.

Learning Objectives

• The purpose of the discipline is to familiarize students with theoretical approaches and methodological foundations of the use of public administration tools in the interests of the population.

• The concept of "efficiency" and "efficiency" and their use in the demographic sphere
• Public administration and social function of the population
