Программа дисциплины

Аннотация

Цели освоения дисциплины заключаются в развитии знаний и понимания методов управленческого учета для принятия управленческих решений, планирования, контроля и мониторинга эффективности в различных бизнес-контекстах. В результате обучения студенты осваивают элементы управленческого учета, которые используются для принятия и поддержки решений, а также изучают характер, источники и цели управленческой информации, статистические методы, используемые для анализа данных. Курс предполагает освоение способности выявления и классификации затрат и их поведения, что обеспечивает основу для понимания и применения инструментов и методов, необходимых для планирования, контроля и принятия решений. Бюджетный контроль требует установления целей и стандартов, которые затем позволяют отчитываться о деятельности организаций и анализировать их путем расчета отклонений. Оценка инвестиций, анализ безубыточности и максимизация прибыли используются для принятия долгосрочных и краткосрочных решений.

    Экзамен будет проходить в системе ЛМС в течение 1,5 часов (1 пара) согласно времени указанному в расписании. Студент должен будет заранее подключиться по ссылке на ZOOM или Webinar с включенной камерой и зайти в лмс. Ответить на вопросы теста. Тест будет содержать вопросы с выбором одного правильного ответа или вписать в ячейку правильный ответ
