Course Syllabus

Abstract

This course is designed to familiarize students with modern trends in entrepreneurship and the peculiarities of the business environment of the People's Republic of China. At the beginning of the course, issues of globalization and international business are considered, with an emphasis on China's role in the global economy. Further, the political, legal and cultural factors influencing the investment and management climate of the country are studied, as well as a comparative analysis of business practices and corporate culture with other Asian countries.
