Abstract

The educational seminar is devoted to the study of approaches to solving problems and creating customer-centric creative concepts for products and services.

Assessment Elements

Assessment Elements

  • non-blocking Business game (team)
    In one of the classes, a business game will be conducted. Students in teams must develop a new product using the tools that have been learned in the course. At the end of the class, the teacher evaluates the teams' performances.
  • non-blocking Final project (individual)
    Individually record a video presentation of a project using a storytelling approach.
  • non-blocking Home task 4 (individual)
    The student should individually prepare a plan for a facilitation session (5 P of preparation: purpose, product, participants, probable issues, process) and provide a report on the event.
  • non-blocking Home task 2 (teamwork)
    As part of the second homework assignment, students are to record the HMW question generated in class and, based on that question, conduct an idea generation session using one of the methods presented in class. After generating ideas, students should conduct an idea selection.
  • non-blocking Home task 1 (individual)
    After the Design Thinking class, students are given the task of conducting an express interview according to the rules and criteria announced the lecture. The professor evaluates the interview materials and artifacts. The materials are posted in a workspace to which students receive a link from the instructor in the first class.
  • non-blocking Home task 3 (team)
    Students need to prepare an interactive prototype of their idea and information about it in workspace.
  • non-blocking Final test (individual)
    Final test on an online platform with proctoring, based on class materials. The number of questions in the test is 20.
  • non-blocking Test (individual)
    A test on an online platform, based on class materials. For each correct answer is given 1 point. The number of questions in the test is 15.
