Teams of the ILSIR employees are among the winners of the Faculty of Social Sciences Project Groups competition

Three projects created with the participation of the ILSIR staff received the support of the Scientific Commission of the Faculty of Social Sciences.

This year, according to the results of the HSE University Project Group Competition, three projects were financially supported, in the creation of which our colleagues participated:

  1. Project Group "(Re)production of inclusive living space: strategies and practices for the integration of people with mental disabilities into the local community", which will be conducted to study strategies and practices for the integration of people with mental disabilities into local communities during the implementation of the assisted living program in their living space.
    The research will be conducted under the guidance and with the participation of our research interns: Maxim GurinDanila ParshchikovEkaterina DolgovaAnastasia Dityatyeva and Ulyana Zyumenkova, 1st year student of the programme "Computational Social Sciences".
    The leading research fellow of the Laboratory, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Social Sciences Daria Prisyazhniuk acts as a scientific consultant on the project.
  2. Project group "Middle of life or life in the middle? Meanings, practices, trajectories of living adulthood in modern Russia" will conduct research under the guidance of graduate student and research assistant of the Center for Youth Studies Ekaterina Bemler and with the participation of undergraduates: Nadezhda Buzina and Alexandra Sizova, as well as our research assistants: Olga Madfes and Bulat Gilfanov.
    The aim of the study is a comprehensive analysis of adulthood as an age identity and as well as a life period in a generational perspective in modern Russia.
    The scientific consultant of the project group is the ILSIR chief research fellow Maria Kozlova.
  3. The project group "Doctor-nurse-patient relations: between professional authority and the powers of medical services consumers", which will be conducted in order to theoretically reconstruct, rethink and explain certain aspects of the relationship between a doctor, nursing staff and patients in the context of the challenges of managerialism and empowerment of consumers of medical services.
    The ILSIR leading research fellow Daria Prisyazhniuk acts as a scientific consultant, and the project team includes Olga MadfesKsenia VaksinaAlexandra Kamenskaya, Alina Insapova and Natalia Baisha.
