The project will carry out a comprehensive analysis of the views of state actors related to the strategic development of the education system in Russia, the opinions of representatives of the parent community, students and teachers who invest unique meanings and vision of the most qualitative ways, techniques and mechanisms for the development of inclusion in the educational environment, achieving the practical effectiveness of state, regional and public initiatives at the school level, interpretations of existing strategies, mechanisms and resources, motivations of initiators of “friendly” social innovations in educational organizations.

Through intelligent modeling and the use of research approaches and methods from the field of social and humanitarian academic knowledge, an analytical model of managing factors of a friendly educational environment will be developed, which will then serve as the basis for developing an effective tool for evaluating processes and ways to change the characteristics of the environment, as well as measuring the effects of such transformations. It is expected to receive original results of a breakthrough nature, namely: the structure of friendly environment factors and verified approaches to the formation of a management model based on it, which allows us to effectively influence the significant basic parameters of the environment, develop and optimize it to best meet the interests and needs of all actors in the educational process, including administrators, teachers, parents and students.

Congratulations to our dear colleagues on a well-deserved victory!
