‘After Graduating from HSE, I Did Not Have Any Difficulties Finding a Job’
Why get a second Master’s degree? How difficult is it to switch from public administration to studying business and finance? Is it possible to combine work and study? We talked with Vincent Kersuzan, a French graduate of HSE’s Master of International Business, about these and other questions.
Five HSE Master's Programmes Included in Top 100 of QS Business Masters Rankings
This year, the Master’s Programme ‘Strategic Management in Logistics’, offered by the HSE Graduate School of Business, ranked 34th in the Supply Chain Management Programme ranking, a new addition to the QS Business Masters Rankings. This is the fifth HSE programme to be included the QS Business Rankings. Four others have ranked among the top 100 for several years now.

Two HSE Programmes Make QS Best Business Masters Ranking
The programmes in Big Data Systems and International Business have entered the QS Business Masters Ranking in Business Analytics and Management. Published for the first time, the ranking is based on an analysis of over 300 universities from more than 40 countries.

‘When the Russian People Were by our Side, We Always Managed to Find a Solution’
This year, Panagiotis Sarantidis, from Greece, graduated from HSE’s International Business programme, headed by Irina Kratko. According to Prof. Kratko, foreign students’ motivations for choosing Moscow as a place to study are quite varied. Some of them intend to connect their future career with Russia, already having ideas to establish joint ventures here. Others, for example HSE students from the United States, have previously studied the Russian language, so their interest is perhaps rooted in the country’s rich cultural and historical heritage.
Master’s in ‘International Business’ Becomes Double Degree Programme
Starting this year, students in the ‘International Business’ Master’s programme will receive two diplomas: a Russian state-recognized Master's degree in ‘Management’ with a specialization in ‘International Business’ from the Higher School of Economics and a Master of International Business (MIB) from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina (USA).
