On July 8, amendments to Russian migration legislation regulating the registration of foreign citizens coming to the Russian Federation came into effect. They concern, in particular, HSE’s international employees and students. The most important change: you now must be registered at the place where you actually live.

of students and graduates of HSE Moscow are satisfied with the quality of their education. At HSE Perm, this figure is even higher, standing at 84%. These are the results of a survey of students and graduates of leading Russian universities, conducted by Changellenge>> .  HSE Perm came in second and Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod campuses shared the third place in the ‘satisfaction with the quality of education’ category.

HSE has topped the list of universities in the Russian Academic Excellence Project 5-100 once again, having been ranked in 13 subjects and 3 subject areas in the QS World University Rankings. The university has entered the top 100 in ‘Sociology’ and ‘Political and International Studies’ categories, as well as the top 100 in ‘Social Sciences and Management’. 

According to research by Future Today, HSE’s Faculty of Economic Sciences is the most in-demand among employers. A further three HSE faculties were named in the top 10.

In 2018 HSE launches a new BA double degree programme in Economics and Politics in Asia. It will be offered jointly by the Kyung Hee University (Republic of Korea) and HSE. Its Academic Supervisor Denis Shcherbakov talks about the programme’s structure and all that it offers.
