HSE University has taken 22nd place in THE Emerging Economies Rankings, improving its position from last year. This ranking includes a total of 35 Russian universities, with 18 of them participating in the 5-100 Project.
Prospective international undergraduate students who submit certificates in English language and math will have them considered in their applications to study at HSE. On the 7th of November, 2018 the Faculty of World Economy and International Affairs of the Higher School of Economics held the grand opening ceremony of HSE and Kyung Hee University Double Degree Programme "Economics and Politics in Asia" and the Professors´and Students´ Club "Korea Corner". The Vice President of Kyung Hee University (Seoul, Republic of Korea), Mr. Khang Gon, and the Dean of the College of International Studies of Kyung Hee University Mr. Moon Don arrived to Russia to attend this event.
On September 8th the students of the two-degree program of HSE and Kyung Hee University got the chance to listen to the guest lecture by Professor Lee Young Joe from the Korean university.

On July 8, amendments to Russian migration legislation regulating the registration of foreign citizens coming to the Russian Federation came into effect. They concern, in particular, HSE’s international employees and students. The most important change: you now must be registered at the place where you actually live.
