This programme trains specialists in Competitive Intelligence Analysis. Students gain an understanding of business intelligence as an integral part of organizational management. They become familiar with the technologies and methods used in intelligence analysis by companies as part of the business intelligence cycle - the foundation for business security in modern-day information confrontation.
