Foreign Languages and Intercultural Communication
The Master's Programme in Foreign Languages and Intercultural Communication is open for all bachelors and specialists majoring in the humanities and other fields. Students who have been admitted but do not have degrees in linguistics or philology will have the opportunity to attend intensive bridging programme courses that will enable them to acquire the knowledge and skills they need to comfortably navigate the programme.
The programme comprises original courses taught by leading Russian and international experts in education, language instruction, translation and interpreting, linguistics, philology, and intercultural communication. Courses are taught in both English and Russian. The following specializations are taught exclusively in English: ‘Foreign Language Teaching’ and ‘Intercultural Communication in a Global Communication Space’.
The programme welcomes both Russian and international applicants.
The new academic year has kicked off at HSE University. Rector Nikita Anisimov greeted the students, staff and particularly new arrivals on Knowledge Day—September 1, which, as he emphasised, symbolises the beginning of a new journey and new achievements.
The start of a new academic year is an excellent time to plan the next steps in your academic career.
