Fee-paying students can work if they prepare a working visa through their employer. The rooms are for 2 or 3 people and there are kitchens/bathrooms for each 2-4 rooms. The cost is minimal ($15-25/month) and, if you receive a tuition-free scholarship, it comes with a small monthly stipend that covers the dorm cost.
