The Master's Programme concludes partnership agreements with 5 recognized universities

HSE has finalised agreements with its international partner universities for new double diplomas and student exchanges in the framework of the Master’s programme. Dr. Dirk Meissner, academic director of the Master’s programme, spoke about how the new agreements are made to give master’s students the best opportunities for study abroad and double degree programmes.

A visit of Prof. Max von Zedtwitz with the lecture “Managing Global Innovation: the Global View”

 On October 8th, 2014 Prof. Max von Zedtwitz lectured at HSE Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK) in the Master’s Programme “Governance in Science, Technology and Innovation” on “Managing Global Innovation: the Global View”.

A visit of Maria Douka with the lectures “Building and Implementing Research and Innovation Policy at Multinational level” and “Universities and Links with Industry”

On October 6th and 7th, 2014, Maria Douka, Programme Officer at the European Commission, gave two lectures at HSE Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK). 

Olympiad winners and prize holders have been announced

According to the results of the Olympiad, which took place at HSE on 16 March, there have been announced 2 winners and 4 prize holders. These students have an advantage of entering the Master Programme without taking part in the general admission selection.

Open Doors Day for the Master’s programme "Governance of Science, Technology and Innovation" was held on April, 8th at HSE premises.

On 8 April the Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge held Open Doors day for the Master’s programme "Governance of Science, Technology and Innovation" launching in the new academic year. The prospective students — quite interested judging by their questions — met the programme administrators, their future teachers, and potential employers: the presentation was attended by prominent members of the business community and government agencies.

The HSE is launching a new Master's Programme ‘Governance of Science, Technology and Innovation’. This programme is open to graduates from different fields; students with a background in natural sciences, engineering or mathematics as well as students with a social sciences and humanities background are all welcome. The programme is a real interdisciplinary curriculum, organised and taught by leading international and Russian experts.
