How to apply (for international applicants):

 

1. Create a Profile
On HSE University’s online application form, click “Get login and password”. After you enter your personal details a login and a password will then be sent to the email address that you have provided.

 
2. Log In
Once you have received the email containing your login and password, you can return to the online application form and log in.

 

 3. Complete Application Form
Fill out the form and upload the documents according to the requirements of the programme. 

 

4. Interview
After your application has been submitted and your portfolio examined by the programme's admission committee, you may be invited for an interview. 

5. Scholarships
Tuition-free scholarships are awarded to the restricted number of highly qualified applicants to this programme. 

6. Deadlines
Applications are accepted from November 1, 2025 to August 1, 2026. Applications for Russian government scholarship - until March 20, 2026.
