The issue 'Impact of the Financial Technologies on the Banking Sector in Russia' was published as part of the series 'Science, Technology and Innovation' of the HSE Institute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge. The issue is based on the results of an expert online survey on the use of financial technologies in the Russian banking sector jointly prepared in 2019 with the HSE Banking Institute.

The following study appeared to be the second one in the series of publications devoted to the key characteristics of the KIBS companies. I. Miles, V. Belousova and N. Chichkanov examined the features of the innovative behavior of the companies belonging to the KIBS sector as well as the employees’ characteristics in such companies.
