  • Processing and fulfillment of applications received through the electronic service.
  • Preparation and issuance of documents and certificates at the request of students, graduates and managers of educational programmes.

A new article "The USSR as a “Great Power”: Imperial Narratives and the State’s Status, 1920–1935" by the Institute Research Assistant Maria Ivanova was published in the 3rd issue of the journal "Quaestio Rossica" in 2023.

The annual conference of NESEEES (North East Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Studies, New York, USA) was held online on April 30. Laboratory's research assistant Maria Ivanova took part in the conference and had a presentation "Smolensk province after the War of 1812 in mental geography: between symbolic glory and economic marginalization".
