On May 16-17 Doctor Keis Thurlow (Saxion University, Netherlands) held a seminar and a row of meetings with the researchers from the Institute for Educational Studies with the aim of development of the Center for Development and Education Planning and promotion of education projecting in the field of education in HSE.
