How to Apply
Thank you for your interest in the International Bachelor's Programme in World Politics.

This programme is taught entirely in English and lasts four years at the Higher School of Economics campus in Moscow, Russia.
Scholarships are not available to students in this program. Student housing office helps with the accomodation in Moscow. Discounts up to 75% of tuition fee are provided on the basis of academic merit (by a separate system; general HSE discounts are inapplicable).
The information below is for international applicants.
! If you have Russian citizenship, you can enroll only as a Russian student - even if you don't speak Russian or studied elsewhere and didn't take state exams (EGE). You will be able to take HSE exams, more info here.
International students take two exams:
- History (passing grade 60/100)
- English (passing grade 75/100)
Have a certificate in English? Maybe it can be accepted instead of taking the exam!
