The HSE University International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration has made the collective monograph "Data–Centric Public Administration" available for download.

The International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration of the Higher School of Economics held a round table "Development of Data-Centric Management in Russia". Within the framework of the event, reports were presented designed to reflect views on data-centric public administration from the academic environment, the public sector and business. In addition, the presentation of the collective monograph of the International Laboratory "Data–centric public administration: concept, risks, barriers" took place.

The academic unit of the HSE "Schola" published an interview by Elena Dragalina-Chernaya, dedicated to a joint research project of the International Laboratory for Logic, Linguistics and Formal Philosophy and the Center for Logic, Epistemology and History of Science of the University of Campinas "Pluralistic Perspectives on Logic and Formal Philosophy".

On September 19–20, Skoltech hosted the First International Workshop on Technological Sustainability of BRICS: University-Industry Partnerships, organised jointly with HSE University Human Capital Multidisciplinary Research Center. The meeting was held as part of the BRICS working group on technology foresight and science and technology studies.

From October 1 to 5, the 11th International Conference GSOM Economy & Management took place in St. Petersburg, organized by the Graduate School of Management at St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU). Researchers from the International Laboratory of Intangible-driven Economy presented their reports at the conference: Senior Researcher Marina Zavertiaeva, Junior Researcher Dmitry Kirpishchikov, and Research Assistant Daria Usmanova.

On October 4, 2024, the IDLab laboratory of HSE Perm, in collaboration with the School of Economics and Business at the University of Vigo (ECOBAS), held a workshop dedicated to studying the impact of credit supply on the capital structure of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Spain. The main speaker of the event was Diego Ayres, who presented a report titled "The Impact of Credit Supply on the Capital Structure of SMEs in Spain" — a joint study with Ángel Barajas.

On the 4th of October Arnold Grigoryan (NRU HSE) gave a talk on the topic of "Univalent Foundations and Constructive Type Theory" at the workshop «From the Logical Point of View». 

Yuri Kabanov, a researcher at The HSE University International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration, took part in the International Conference on the Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance (ICEGOV – 2024), which was held from October 1-4 in Pretoria (South Africa).

Violetta Homyakova, a Research Assistant at the International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration, participated in the annual «Economy & Management» (EMC) conference with a presentation on the topic «The Role of Digital Transformation of Public Administration in Achieving Sustainable Development of Regions».
