V.A. Trapeznikov Institute of Control Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences together with HSE University’s International Centre of Decision Choice and Analysis hosted the All-Moscow Seminar “Expert opinion and data analysis”. Ivan Makarov, a Research Assistant at the International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration, made a report on the topic “The Problem of Multicollinearity in Public Administration Indicators and Tools for Overcoming It”, within which he presented a part of his PhD dissertation study to specialists in the field of data analysis.

The final 2025 issue of the peer-reviewed academic journal "ШАГИ / STEPS" (No. 4, Vol. 11) features a special section, "Forms of Cultural Citizenship in Museum Space," which presents one of the main outcomes of three years of work by ILSIR researchers under the RSF grant «Cultural Citizenship and Local Solidarity: Experience of Social Inclusion of Museum Audiences in Russia» (RSF, No. 22-78-10098, 2022–2025).

On December 9, research fellow of the IL LLFP Mikhail Smirnov delivered a presentation at the international congress of logic UNILOG-8, held in the city of Cusco, Peru. The presentation on the topic "Frege as a Cartesian" took place as part of the workshop "Frege and Beyond," dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Gottlob Frege's death.

December 12, 2025, MIEM hosted the Workshop "Current State and Prospects of Atomistic Computer Modeling of Materials for Fundamental Scientific and Technological Applications."

The first year of the project "Internationalization of Companies from Developing Countries: The Role of Intellectual Resources in Response to Exogenous Shocks", implemented in 2025–2027 under the HSE University Joint Basic Research Projects ‘International Academic Cooperation’ competition, has been successfully concluded. The project is carried out by the International Laboratory of Intangible-driven Economy at HSE University in collaboration with Iran University of Science and Technology, under the supervision of Maria Molodchik and Amir Zakeri. All planned commitments for the first year have been fully fulfilled.

The conference aims to advance landscape ecology as a scientific basis for territorial management under conditions of global change and increasing natural and climate‑related risks. The purpose of the conference is to analyze and discuss the current state and future prospects of landscape ecology in Russia and worldwide, to consider modern methodological approaches and empirical findings, and to create a scientific platform for exchange of experience and development of national and international research cooperation. Special attention will be paid to applied aspects of landscape ecology and their use in environmental and spatial planning, climate change adaptation, and natural risk management.
