The pandemic has put global development on hold and this is a chance for Russia to occupy market niches that were previously closed. But innovation should become as essential as air and, without information technology, new niches will still not be open. The academic achievements of Dmitry Zaytsev, Leading Research Fellow of the International Laboratory for Applied Network Research, were recognized in the HSE Science Foundation competition framework. Congratulations to Dmitry on the recognition of his research results and the received academic allowance of the 3rd level for publication in an international peer-reviewed scientific journal for one year.
