Leading research fellow of the ANR-Lab, head of the research group "Network methods and models in the analysis of textual information" Galina Gradoselskaya took part in the urban conference "City as a community", which was held on September 27, 2017 in Skolkovo.

Between 18th and 20th of September IDLab’s international professor Felix Iturriaga, professor Angel Barajas and professor Dennis Coates delivered interesting lectures for students of Higher School of Economics. On the 18th of September, the lecture for masters students was devoted to the subject of corporate finance. «The lecture enabled the students to recall some the basics of the subject as long as get to learn something new». On Wednesday, September 20 the all-Russian seminar "Mathematical methods of decision analysis in economics, finance and politics" was held. H. Penikas gave a lecture on «Regulation of the modern banking system: the concept of conflict modeling»

ICSID Director Andrei Yakovlev took part in the 1st Ariel Conference on the Political Economy of Public Policy that was held in Israel on September 10-12, 2017. 

We are happy to announce the successful opening of our new Master’s program 'Applied Statistics with Social Network Analysis' – from September 1 there are 22 students in our team. On September 15-17, the first joint seminar of ANR-Lab employees and students took place at the NRU HSE educational center in Voronovo.

Some of the ICSID researchers took part in the 113th American Political Science Association Annual Meeting 2017 that was held in San Francisco on August 31-September 3, 2017.

ANR-Lab members took part in 13th Conference of the European Sociological Association «(Un)Making Europe: Capitalism, Solidarities, Subjectivities», which took place from August 29^th to September 1^st in Athens, Greece.

In June 2017, Elena Trapeznikova, an young researcher at the Laboratory, while still a student at HSE-Perm, participated in the I.S.E.O Summer School in Italy and talks about why the Summer School inspired her.

ICSID Leading research fellow Ekaterina Borisova took part in the 26th Silvaplana Workshop on Political Economy that was held in Pontresina, Switzerland, on July 23-27, 2017.

In 3-7 July IDLab members Iuliia Naidenova and Sofia Paklina, and lecturer of Economics and Finance Department of HSE Perm and GAMES Lab member Eugenia Popova, took part in Barcelona GSE Summer School and passed the Quantitative Methods for Public Policy Evaluation course
