Summer is traditionally a busy time for international research visits for colleagues at the International Laboratory of Research and Design in eLearning. This year, the Laboratory’s researchers presented their work at two major European education conferences.

From August 12 to 19, 2026, the international scientific event «Greenhouse Gas Fluxes: Current Issues in Modern Research» was held in Moscow and the Central Forest State Nature Biosphere Reserve. It included a conference, a field seminar, and a summer school. The International Laboratory of Landscape Ecology of the Faculty of Geography and Geoinformation Technologies at the National Research University Higher School of Economics co-organized the event and actively participated in its scientific and field program

Grigory Smirnov, Vladimir Stegailov, Nikolay Kondratyuk and Evgeny Tararushkin made presentations at the 37th International Conference on Computational Physics (CCP 2026), held from August 9 to 14 in Seoul.
