Criteria for the conclusion of contracts for International programme in economics and finance in 2026 is 130 points.
The tuition fee of the International Bachelor's Programme in Economics and Finance is 1,170,000 RUB per year in the academic year 2026/2027.
Tuition fee partial scholarships
ICEF BSs programme offers a flexible system of tuition fee discounts (patrial scholarships) for prospective international students and BSc international students with high academic achievement. Upon admission, you can receive a discount of 10, 15 or 25% for the first year of study.
The size of a discount (partial scholarship) for freshmen is based on the entrance examination results or the results of various academic Olympiads.

to winners and prize winners of the final stage of the All-Russian School Olympiad in Economics or Mathematics (competitions for grades 10 and 11)
to graduates of the HSE Lyceum who were included in the top 20% of the final HSE Lyceum ranking in the following subjects: "Economics and Mathematics," "Mathematics and Physics," "Economics and Social Sciences," and "Computer Science, Engineering, and Mathematics"

to winners and prizewinners of the HSE International Olympiad in areas other than Economics and Mathematics
to winners and prize winners of the final stage of the All-Russian School Olympiad (competition for the 11th grade) in subjects other than economics and mathematics

Partial scholarships based on entrance examination
Scholarship based on entrance examination to be provided to all applicants. It is calculated with the weighted sum for two entrance exams: Mathematics and English language.
Weighted sum is calculated as the sum of
exam mark for Mathematics multiplied by 2,
exam mark for English multiplied by 1.
Partial scholarships are assigned as follows based on weighed sum of entry examination results:
The weighted sum of points for a 25% discount is 250 points
The weighted sum of points for a 15% discount is 240 points
The weighted sum of points for a 10% discount is 230 points
Partial scholarships are set for the first year of study.
