Transfer to Educational Program
Transfer to the educational programme 'the International Bachelor's Programme in Economics and Finance' is carried out in accordance with the HSE regulatory documents:

All applications are submitted only through the service "HSE transfer window"
The transfer of students to the Programme is carried out in 2 periods - in December (winter period) and in August (summer period).
The transfer procedure is carried out according to the following schedule:

| Publication of information on the number of vacancies for transfer to the Programme | November 28-30 | July 29-31 |
| Reception of applications for transfer | December 1-15 | August 1-15 |
