How to Apply

1. Get login and password. 

   International applicants may get access to their accounts after they apply for a User ID and a password using the link. Once you have submitted a form, an e-mail will be sent to the address you indicated during registration with your User ID and password. Please make sure уou have provided the correct e-mail address. If you received the User ID and the password for access to the foreign applicant’s personal account earlier, you can use it. Participants of the HSE International Olympiad need to get a new User ID and password to access your personal account and to submit an application.

2. Sign in with your login and password and submit the copy of your passport. 
   Don’t forget to read through the form fields to be filled in (required fields are marked with an asterisk). Before registration, make a copy of the first page of your passport with your full name and photo and save it in PDF format.
3. Choose our programme as your 1st priority in the dropdown list.

1. Get our offer email with scholarship allocation.
2. Once you have received an e-mail with a recommendation for admission to HSE, enter your Foreign Applicant’s Personal Account section “Offer of Admission“ and follow the instructions:
   • Select our programme.
   • Upload there all necessary documents (candidates must submit their documents in the section Offer of Admission to conclude the study agreement).
3. Our international admissions manager will contact you and walk you through the admission process:
   • Sign the contract
   • Pay your tuition fee
   • Have your documents recognized through diploma recognition procedure
   • Get a Russian visa (visa applications shall be submitted in the section Visa (Виза) in your personal account).

1. Choose your HSE Accommodation.
2. After you arrive in Moscow, you should contact your Study Office.
3. Get a voluntary health insurance policy (VHI) valid in Russia. You must have a valid VHI policy during the entire period of study. More information about Medical Aid & Insurance for international students is available here.
4. Wait for an email with freshmen day information.
5. 01.09 – start of classes.
