Projects and Research
All ICEF students participate in research activities – Bachelor’s students from their second year, and Master’s students throughout their studies. Students are required to write a course paper: final-year BSc students submit a diploma paper, and final-year MSc students a dissertation. The best students also participate in departmental research activities, acting as research assistants to faculty members, members of joint research projects, and junior research fellows in the research laboratories of Financial Economics and Experimental and Behavioural Economics.
The best pieces of research by ICEF students are published either in the College’s collections of articles or Russian academic journals. ICEF students have regularly won students' research competition both within the Higher School of Economics and nationwide.
