Evgeny Styrin, the Head of the HSE University International Laboratory for Digital Transformation in Public Administration, participated in the conference "Digital Petersburg - 2035", which was held on the eve of the International ICT Forum "IT Dialogue". Within the framework of the conference, expert sessions were held, where possible sections and the basis for the Strategy of St. Petersburg City until 2035 were discussed. 

Ekaterina Nastina presented the report ‘Justifiability of Free Riding and Quality of Institutions: The Moderating Role of Personal Values and Culture’.

The IV International Conference on Econometrics and Business Analytics iCEBA-2024 brought together participants from different countries, including Germany, Norway, Italy, Australia, France, Great Britain and Kazakhstan. On October 25–26, 2024, HSE University’s AI and Digital Science Institute and the AI Research Centre hold the Fall into ML 2024 conference in Moscow. This year’s event will focus on the prospects in development of fundamental artificial intelligence, with SBER as its conference title partner.
