Transfer and Readmission

Transfer of students enrolled in Master’s Programmes at other Educational Institutions to the HSE Master’s Programs is regulated by the Guidelines for Transfer of Students Enrolled in Bachelor’s, Specialist and Master’s Programmes at National Research University Higher School of Economics and Students Enrolled in Bachelor’s, Specialist and Master’s Programmes at Other Educational Institutions to National Research University Higher School of Economics.

The terms and conditions of transfer are determined by the internal rules of the Master’s programme “ Data Analytics and Social Statistics»”:

Transfer to the Master’s Program is carried out in August, December or February at the request of the student. Applications for transfer submitted after deadline shall not be considered.

Deadlines for transfer applications:

August: 1-15
December: 1-15
February: 1-15

Students enrolled in Master’s Programmes at other educational institutions in order to enroll in a vacant place by transfer must submit a request for transfer by using the online Front Office for Applicants for Transfer to HSE (for more information see par. 3 of the Guidelines).
