Congratulations to the teachers and students of the Applied Social Psychology program on the start of the new academic year!

Congratulations to the teachers and students of the Applied Social Psychology program on the start of the new academic year!

This year has been a special one in the history of our program. For the first time, we are starting the new academic year as an online program. Moreover, «Applied Social Psychology» is the only Master's "full-time online" program at the Higher School of Economics, that is, having received the status of an online program, state-funded places for Russian and foreign students have been preserved.

Despite the online format and the fact that at the moment cooperation with our partner university has been suspended, we continue to work in the paradigm of high academic standards that has already been established and honed by experience.

We have managed to maintain and expand the teaching staff of highly qualified Russian and foreign lecturers-researchers. Many of them have been working on the program for more than 10 years, since its inception in 2011 - Lebedeva Nadezhda, Tatarko Alexander, Galyapina Victoria, Lepshokova Zarina, Kotova Marina, Efremova Maria, Bushina Ekaterina. The continuity and creative attitude of teachers to their work make it possible not only to preserve traditions and best practices, but also to develop, updating the curriculum with new courses.

This year, another innovation appeared on the program - Mentors' seminars. With the help of mentors - Maria Bultseva and Maria Efremova - within the framework of the seminars, students will design their educational results, choose a learning track and form their own curriculum.

Despite the fact that the program will be held online, we value live human communication and plan to meet with teachers and students at the traditional extracurricular activities of the program face to face.

Congratulations to our first-year students on entering the program and we wish all our students success in the new academic year!
