Foreign Students to Join HSE Preparatory Programme
This year the HSE’s Faculty of Pre-University Training will offer for the first time a programme to prepare foreign students to study in Russian at the Higher School of Economics. Although aimed primarily at those wishing to enroll in undergraduate programmes, it is also available to those wishing to study at the Master’s level.

Dr. Dina Balalaeva, who will begin a tenure-track position at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the HSE in September, recently completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the HSE. She received her PhD in Political Science at the State University of New York at Binghamton in 2013.
