Alexander Chepurenko, Dean of the HSE Faculty of Sociology, told us about the new double degree programme –a joint programme between the Higher School of Economics and Paris West University Nanterre La Défense .

‘Political Science is a Democratic One’

The Higher School of Economics and Bologna University have signed an agreement on cooperation. Giliberto Capano, Dean of the Bologna University Faculty of Political Science, told us about some future joint educational and research projects and about the connection between a democratic political system and political science development.

HSE and University of Luxembourg: Expanding the Collaboration

In October the HSE Faculty of Law and the University of Luxembourg Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance signed a cooperation agreement . Evgeniy Salygin, Dean of the HSE Faculty of Law, spoke to us about this.

Mark Urnov, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Political Science, told us about the results of the negotiations on the launch of joint Master’s programmes between the faculty and American universities, as well as about research plans, reforms of the educational process and Chinese writing.

Students in World Politics

Mark Manuilov, a second-year student of the HSE Faculty of Management master’s course, told us about a new student initiative –a Russian-American forum involving the HSE, several other Moscow universities and Stanford University. Mark is one of the students who organized this project.

On August 27th and 28th the selection process for students of a joint master’s programme at the European School of Management (ESCP Europe) and the HSE Faculty of Management took place at the HSE. Radaev) at the Higher School of Economics and the Research Institute for Sociology, University of Cologne, Germany.
