On July 3, 2026, an interim meeting was held to review the results of the first half of the second year of the project "Internationalization of Companies from Developing Countries: The Role of Intellectual Resources in Response to Exogenous Shocks". The project is carried out within the framework of the HSE University "International Academic cooperation" grant competition. The project leader is Maria Molodchik, Professor at HSE University – Perm.

On July 2, the International Laboratory of Intangible-driven Economy hosted a workshop within the framework of RSF project No. 25-18-00539, "Comparative Analysis of AI-Based Agents and Real Individuals in Economic Decision-Making." The seminar focused on research by Junior Research Fellow Egor Ivanov and Senior Research Fellow Marina Zavertiaeva titled "Beyond Demographic Labels: Facial Cues and LLM Bias in Trust-Game Decisions".

Senior Researcher at the International Laboratory of Intangible-driven Economy (IDLab), HSE University – Perm, Professor Maria Molodchik, and Research Assistant and PhD student Dilmurod Rustam ugli Tillashaykhov participated in the XII Euro-Asian Symposium on Economic Theory (EASET-2026). The event was held from June 24 to 26, 2026, in Yekaterinburg at the Institute of Economics of the Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The Society for Social Choice and Welfare (SSCW) has granted the Young Scholar Paper Award to Angelina Iudina, doctoral student and lecturer at the Department of Mathematics of the HSE Faculty of Economic Sciences and Junior Research Fellow at the HSE International Centre of Decision Choice and Analysis. The scientists highlighted her article devoted to solving the problem of choosing the best alternatives based on the results of pairwise comparisons.

The Innovation and Technology Management Conference (InnoTech 2026), organised by Elsevier publishing house in partnership with Tsinghua University, has taken place in Beijing. The event focused on the challenges of managing technological development in the age of artificial intelligence. Olesia Maibakh and Danil Yatskin, researchers from the International Research and Educational Foresight Centre at the HSEInstitute for Statistical Studies and Economics of Knowledge (ISSEK), presented the findings of the large-scale foresight study ‘IT in Russia: Development Scenarios’ conducted with the support of Yandex.

The journal Mathematical Notes has published an article by Anastasia Onoprienko titled "Intuitionistic Epistemic Logic from the Point of View of Classical Logic."

Researchers from the HSE Institute for Cognitive Neuroscience took part in the annual Organization for Human Brain Mapping (OHBM) conference, which was held on June 14–18, 2026 in Bordeaux, France. The team presented a series of studies on the perception of misleading narratives, manipulative messages, and the evaluation of information source credibility.

In early June, the Science Republic initiative of the Centre for Student Academic Development presented popular science projects at the Science and Ice Cream Festival at VDNKh. On June 5, 13, and 14, HSE University ran an extensive programme of events, from lectures to intellectual games. The events took place at the BIOTECH Museum, Museum of Urban Economy of Moscow, and Smart City pavilions.

On June 19, 2026, a research seminar was held at the International Laboratory of Intangible-driven Economy (IDLab), where Junior Research Fellow Egor Ivanov presented his study. The research explored how the joint implementation of BPM and CRM systems affects firm performance across various industries.

On June 16, 2026, a scientific seminar of the International Laboratory of Digital Transformation in Public Administration was held on measuring digital sovereignty
